It’s really hard to find a good and helpful health blog at times, because the Web is full of different and various resources, and sometimes it can get confusing. Though, I finally stumbled upon one that I really like, and so I bookmarked it too

This is not just a health blog, with very detailed articles about how to take care of ourselves and how to keep a good and balanced nutrition and lifestyle, but it’s also a good family blog, with a lot of tips and resources, and fitness blog – see the last article about the benefits of carrots for instance
I loved it!
A page about vitamins has been added of recent as well. It explains in detail what vitamins are and how they work for the wellbeing of our body and metabolism, and there are tips on how to use the full benefits of vitamins: by consuming fresh vegetables and fruit, or using the steam cooking method, etc.
Another article that caught my attention was the one about crying and its psychological effects on the person. WOW! I didn’t know that crying could restore the body balance! O_O I guess my parents are wrong then when they say that at age 14 I shouldn’t cry anymore. Actually, it only brings a lot of good!
